My (Extremely) Brief Thoughts on the 'Rona Hitting the Pause Button on Sports

It's March 20th, 2020. 8 days ago, the IMH world was flipped upside-down. At 9:27 p.m., a buffoon by the name of Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19, leading to the suspension of the NBA, which lead to the suspension of the NHL, which lead to the cancelation of March Madness and all NCAA spring sports, which led to the delay of the MLB season, which led to the halting of everything good about the world, that being sports.
I'll be honest, this sucks. My entire life was devoted to following, watching, reading, writing, and talking about sports, and on March 12th, 2019, my heart was ripped out of my chest by a French guy. This virus is a dangerous thing and is meant to be taken seriously, no doubt. Canceling the best thing in the world was a necessary call to keep people safe.
But, this is unbearable. I've never been more bored in my entire life. My current day consists of: waking up at 9, watching the 30 for 30 I Hate Christian Laettner while eating breakfast, going downstairs at 10:25 and playing MLB The Show 20/NBA 2K20 until 1:30, eating lunch at 1:40, and I pretty much do nothing from 2:00 p.m. through 1:00 am. This is dreadful. I need my sports back.
On the bright side, Klein and I have a fun project coming out soon, because THIS IS STILL MARCH. Also, a close friend of the website and Indiana native Adam Hipsky and I are creating a college basketball podcast set to release in October 2020!
If anyone wants to play PS4 with me, my PSN is Tompat24. I'm on almost the entire day, so the chances that I'll play with you are very high!
